The President's Mass & Family Bar-B-Q

The President's Mass and Family Bar-B-Q was held once again at St Edward the Confessor's Church on Sunday 9th of July. The weather was perfect, not too hot, and many brothers sported shorts not to be recommended though for circle meetings! Following Mass, conducted by Deacon Michael Phillips, the congregation swarmed into the Garden area anticipating a lavish Bar-B-Q lunch. They were not disappointed!

As usual, the attendance was high and so, I understand, was the consumption of alcohol which was responsibly served by Bro. Guillermo. The day passed without a hitch apart from the irritating high pitched bleeping of the Church's smoke alarm no doubt activated by the Bar-B-Q Boys' burnt offerings! Eventually, and after many attempts, the alarm was turned off. All in all, it was a great day but Bro. Barry and Bro. Claude were sorely missed.

How long will the sausages be?
About this long!
I think we're being followed!
What's in the bag? Sandwiches, just in case there wasn't enough food to go round!

Well done St Edward and Whatshisname
Hey, is that Mr Kool?
It sure is!
And here comes Mrs Kool!

Two kools for words!
The naughty boys area!
Even more corn than in Bro. CMKOs captions!
Chilling out!
That must be Mr Kool's kool box?
Can I tempt you with another slice of one million calorie gateaux?
Enjoying the fruits of his labours!
Don't clap yet I haven't finished!
This is all so boring!
She says she had four helpings of each dessert!
It looks to me like she's had a trifle too much!
